Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging.

Email us at support@charcove.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
